The city has stories to tell – we help you discover them. Our self-guided audio walking tour app guides you through handcrafted routes with perfectly timed storytelling that brings each location to life. It's like exploring with a knowledgeable local friend, but at your own pace.

How does it work?
Simply download your chosen tour, head to the starting point, and press play. The app uses GPS to automatically play relevant audio narrations as you reach each location, including directions to guide you to your next stop. You might experience silences between locations - this is normal and part of the experience. No need to check your screen – just walk and listen!

How do I get to the starting point?
Easy! Each tour has a "Get Directions" button that opens your preferred navigation app to guide you right to where your audventour begins.

Do I need internet connection?
No! Once you've downloaded a tour, everything works offline. Download your tours before heading out to explore.

Can I pause a tour and continue later?
Absolutely! Pause anytime for photos, coffee breaks, or exploring. When you’re ready to continue, resume exactly where you left off—no need to start over.

What types of tours are available?
We offer a variety of tours tailored to different interests, from historic landmarks and cultural hotspots to hidden gems and scenic trails. Whether you’re interested in history, architecture, art, or nature, there’s a tour for you!

How often are new tours added?
We regularly add new tours to our collection. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when new audventours become available in your area.

How long does each tour take?
Tours range from 1-3 hours, but you're in control! Take your time, stop for photos or coffee, and explore at your own pace. Each tour description shows the approximate duration and walking distance.

When can I take a tour?
All tours are available 24/7, but each comes with suggested times for the best experience. Some stops along the way might have limited access or opening hours (like museums or churches), so check the recommended times in the app to make sure you don't miss out on anything special.

What if I can’t reach a stop?
Don't worry if you encounter a road closure or construction work. You can simply skip that stop and use the in-app map to navigate to the next available location. The audventour continues!

What if it rains?
Tours work in any weather! Many users say rainy days offer a unique perspective of the city with fewer crowds. Just bring an umbrella and weather-appropriate clothing.

What if my phone battery dies?
We recommend starting with a fully charged battery. Most phones can easily handle a few tours in a day, but bringing a power bank is always a good idea for extended audventours.

What if I get lost?
Don't worry! Audventour uses high-precision GPS to trigger narrations at the right spots, including clear directions to your next stop. While GPS might occasionally be less accurate around tall buildings, tunnels, or bridges, you can always check your location on the in-app map. For the best experience, just make sure your location services are turned on and you've got enough battery.

Is it safe to use while walking?
Yes! Since Audventour is hands-free, you can keep your phone tucked away and stay fully aware of your surroundings. Just remember to remain alert, especially when crossing streets.

What do I need to get started?
Just a smartphone with GPS capability and headphones. Download the app, choose a tour, and you're ready to explore!

How much does it cost?
The app is free to download, with some tours available at no cost to get you started. Premium tours can be unlocked individually with a one-time purchase. This allows us to continue creating high-quality content for you to enjoy!
