Thank you for choosing Audventour ("Audventour," "we," "us," and "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Audventour mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Service, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into these Terms or, if you are not, that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to enter into these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Audventour is a self-guided walking tour app designed for use in the UK. It provides GPS-triggered audio guides, allowing users to explore cities at their own pace.
3. User Accounts
3.1. You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Content and Intellectual Property Rights
5.1. Content and Licensing
Audventour provides access to historical content and other information sourced from public records, third-party sources, and licensed materials. Audventour does not claim ownership over historical information or other publicly available data provided through the Service.
5.2. Restrictions on Use
The content provided through the Service is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the Service, except as incidental to normal use within the app. Any unauthorized distribution or reproduction of this content is strictly prohibited.
5.3. Third-Party and Public Content
Audventour aggregates and presents publicly available information and content licensed from third parties solely for educational and informational purposes. While we make reasonable efforts to verify the accuracy of third-party content, we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or reliability.
6. User-Generated Content
6.1. The Service may allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User Content"). You are responsible for the User Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

10. Disclaimer
10.1. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
10.2. Audventour does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
10.3. Audventour is not responsible for the accuracy of GPS data or any errors in location tracking that may affect the Service's performance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes to these Terms by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Audventour regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
